I’ve been drawing since I was 10.
At a summer camp art class, I started sketching something but didn’t like how it was turning out. Just as I was about to give up, the teacher said,
"Don’t stop halfway—you might create something special by the end."
Those words stuck with me. I finished the drawing—and it became one of my favorite pieces.

After that, I started drawing pencil portraits, then learned watercolor and acrylic painting.

I shared my work on Instagram until, at some point, I decided to switch to an iPad and take illustration seriously.

That’s how,  5 years ago, I began my career as
a children’s book illustrator.

since then my experience includes:

✔️ Published Books: Illustrated two books, including Beastie, Baby and the Brand-New Mummy (48 pages) — a book for children aged 4–12 about childhood trauma and dissociation.

✔️ Overall Experience: Over 150 illustrated pages, including commercial projects and personal illustration series.

✔️ Collaboration with Psychologists: Worked on books about childhood trauma and attachment

✔️ Storytelling Through Illustrations: Use visual metaphors— for example, in one book, the main character planted seeds of trust and love, symbolizing the process of forming attachment.

✔️ Developing My Own Style: Create warm, emotional illustrations with soft textures of pencil, using Procreate and traditional material textures.

✔️ Full Creative Process: Develop illustrations from scratch, from concept to final artwork, including storyboarding and color palette selection.

✔️ Deep Understanding of Book Structure: Know how to make illustrations not only complement the text but also enhance its meaning.

✔️ Additional Projects: Besides published books, illustrated several children's illustration series, including original stories.

✔️ Strong Foundation in Child Psychology: Studied developmental psychology at King’s College London and the University of London, underwent personal psychotherapy, and worked as a psychologist with children.

✔️ Positive Feedback: Books have received great reviews from parents, foster families, and professionals working with children

Beyond Illustration
I love crafting things—whether it’s illustrations, handmade christmas tree toys or build a shelf for my clothes.
My home is my creative space, always evolving with cozy details and small personal projects.
And then, of course, there are the cats.
I don’t have my own, but I often take care of friends’ cats when they travel, so my home regularly turns into a temporary cat retreat (which I honestly love).
This winter, I even built a little insulated 2 floor cat house for the strays in my neighborhood to keep them warm.

To me, creativity isn’t just about art— it’s my way of operating life, it's about making the world around me a little more thoughtful, a little more beautiful, and a little more full of life.
